This sprinker Hide-away has definitely done it's job! As a matter of fact, It has even fooled me. I would recommend it to anyone.

What you see is what you get. The product is shaped and sized exactly like our sprinkler heads and no one suspects it isn't one. It is well made and works well.

I just got the key-case, as after locking myself out once, I thought it would be a good thing to have. Well first the package came with no instructions whatsoever, but I don't worry as I am usually quite good with that sort of items. Well... not with the GE apparently. I rotated the "reset" wheel once and put it back to its original position, WITHOUT changing the code: I just wanted to see how the reset would work. Now I can't open the stupid box. Again I did not even change the numbers. So I have no idea what happened, and now it's locked! Absolutely stupid!!! Also, now that I got the item in hand, I can tell that the quality isn't great anyway: it's plastic, and would be really easy to break and get whatever's inside. Don't waste your money with that one.

I purchased this device to store keys so I couldn't lock myself out of the house. It's small, but it fit two standard keys. I like the combo lock, but it only has three numbers. Not a real problem, but different from most locks of this type.

This is a great idea. Unfortunately, the case is made out of plastic. Though I did not test it's strength, it seemed like someone with a large rock could liberate the contents. The other issue I found was my Honda ignition valet key was too long to fit in the case. I'm really not sure what product testing folks wouldn't have tried to put a key in a key lock box, but there you have it. Personally, I mutilated my key by snipping off the back part of the plastic handle (where the hole is to be put on a key chain), so that it would fit, because I'd rather have a key that works attached to my car in the event that I need one. If the team could create a metal version that's 1cm longer, this would be awesome.

I used this for a couple of years, knowing that it was more of a psychological deterrent, because the case could obviously be busted open if someone wanted in my car badly enough. This was proven when the combination lock quit working, and I had to break into it to retrieve my key. Also, for my key to fit into it initially, I had to saw off the top part of it.

As other reviewers have noted, for an item intended for a security application, this keybox isn't just flimsy, but borders on fragile. I was able to break it open in less than a second with my bare hands. As thieves tend to look for easy targets, this box won't even slow them down. I take that back -- a potential thief will waste several seconds, laughing. Then your car or your things in the car are history. If the manufacturer made it in metal, with close tolerances and a weather seal, I'd buy it. But although it looks tough and capable in the photographs, this is nothing more that a novelty item for a gumball machine.

I buy these for house warming gifts to friends. (it only takes once to lock your self out to make this worthwile) and leaving a key under the mat or under a rock is the first place a thief is going to look. Put this in plain sight and I doubt if a theif is going to spend an hour or so guessing what your number is. A must IMO for anyone. Buy one for your GF your mom/dad and best friend..

this isn't a very secure product. there are only 210 possible combinations, which take about 45 minutes to run through. you'll often find the combination in about 25 minutes. 5040 possible codes, of which 24 are the same (4567 is the same as 7654, 7546, 4675, etc.) = 5040/24 = 210. a simple VB program can list all the combos. keep this lockbox out of sight.

I work for a University and we have these installed on all of our lab cabinets where we store important materials. Two of these have now failed on the same cabinet, the second fail we almost were not able to get off the base because one of the buttons wouldn't depress. I basically destroyed the button in order to get it off. The same thing happened with the first key safe too. I also have one installed on my house so my kids can get easy access. I'm re-thinking this now.

Excellent way to stow away house key when stuck with a dilema of being locked out of the house. Also helpful for the repairman to enter the house if you're away. This was purchased to allow responders to enter of house of elderly person living alone in case of emergency. Item is sturdy and easy to use.

My family worried about me living alone in a gated community of Seniors and no one having a key to my condo. So I ordered this box and my handiman put it on my porch so if I fall and call the Security office, they can get to me without breaking a door or window.

JUST SO YOU KNOW.. THE PHOTO SHOWS IT HOLDING A CAR KEY. THIS IS SOMEWHAT DECIEVING. THE HOLDER REALLY ONLY FITS SMALL KEYS, THAT CAR KEY MUST HAVE BEEN VERY SMALL. IF YOU HAVE ANY KIND OF AUTO LOCKING OR UNLOCKING ON YOUR KEY THAT SOMEWHAT BULKS IT UP THEN I RECOMMEND YOU KEEP LOOKING.

Was leary of the magnet strength but it is holding well. Bumps and all and it stays in place. More concerned about the latch cover holding tight.....another use for duct tape.

This seems like a very good quality item with a strong magnet. However, I discovered that this will not fit either my Honda or Toyota key because they are too long for the box. The actual inside dimensions are 1-15/16" x 1-3/4" x 3/8"

This is a really nice little box for hiding keys. The magnet is very strong and the foam keeps rattles from occurring. Recommended !!

It's been several months and several road trips through dirt and rocks, and the magnet is holding strong. I just spent 2 hours on a Class D Forest Service road, and eventhough my exhaust had to be adjusted back into place, this little thing held tight. It doesn't rattle. No complaints.

The Hitch Safe is wonderful. It's easy to install and quality made product. I leave my keys in my Hitch Safe while I'm out doing activities (running, hiking, bike riding, etc.) and never have to worry about losing my keys or carrying them with me. Not only do I use it but I have purchased some as gifts. Highly recommended product.

This product is really good. When I go boating, I don't want my electronic key to get wet, if I should end up in the water, and so, I stash the key in the "hitch safe." I really like it. I still put the key in a plastic baggie, since I'm not sure if it rains, if the safe will get damp, and I don't want to take chances. My land rover key fits in there nicely. It's a fat electronic key, and the smaller realtor type key safes won't accomodate it. This item is a bit spendy, but to replace that key would cost a lot more in time, money and aggravation. It's an easy install too.

works as advertised, enough room for a key & some credit cards or cash. we use it when we're diving & going to be away from the car, but it would be great if you tend to lock your keys in often, too.

As the tile states. The hole in which my pins install is too far back for this contraption to fit in. That was very annoying, the company needs to state (maybe they do and I did not read) how far the pin hole can sit from the opening. Make sure the (front of the) hole for the pins is less than 2&1/4" from the outside of the lip of your hitch opening, mine was about 2&1/2" which made this unit not fit. Any thing greater than 2&1/4 means it will not fit. The company should drill the back hole 3" and then also include a larger 1/2" spacer for these kinds of trucks. Sorry if there are typos, I am doing this review from my phone.

This product does a great job as a spare key or money holder. I know that this will one day save me from un-needed stress. I will never be locked out of my SUV ever. The unit is very well constructed and takes 10 seconds to install or take out. The only issue for some out there will be to remember your 4 digit code. For those of you that fall in that category you can always leave it with the "0000" default....

if you're thinking of buying this product ...... plz read this below i dont like it at all, just dont buy it,cuz the magnet's weak, the lid/cap is not tight and it comes in cheap package. if you dont wanna regret just look for any other, but not this one.(waste of money) i got a better one from another brand.

Bigger than I thought when it arrived, but not huge. Good weight to it, looks realistic. Works well, would recommend.

This looks like a real rock. The hidden compartment doesn't fit as snug as I'd like but I have used this product before and simply tape the compartment opening with some tape and it holds well thru rain and snow and whatever.

I was very disappointed in this product. It was described as "grey tone" but in fact it is a fake tan and black and looks like anything but a rock! Thieves would find your key in seconds!

Arrived on time. Product as expected. Does the job for which I ordered it. Inconspicuous among the other "real" rocks.

It has a screw which you will probably need to leave loose. But other than that it's a good deal and works great.

I am very pleased with this hidden key rock. It looks natural among the other rocks. There is a small fingernail slot to use to open it. It's very easy to open, but also seals very well.

Needed a way to hide a key to my mother's house. She is 90 years old and locks herself inside. This hides very well, can't tell it's a key holder, and holds the two keys necessary.
